Claudia Van Eckeren is a Lawyer in Cowell Clarke’s Corporate & Commercial team.

Claudia advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters, with a particular focus on the aged care and retirement living sector. 

Claudia has assisted clients in complex legal matters, including the preparation of advices, effecting private group restructures, and advising on acquisitions and divestments of assets.  

With a background in taxation law, Claudia approaches her advice with a commercial and strategic mindset.  She enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their objectives.
